Universal Res-Q Academy offers a three-day course that provides students with the basic knowledge to perform an EKG on a patient. This course is highly recommended for students interested in becoming a Patient Care Technician and those who want to learn about the process of performing an EKG.

 Our EKG program is the only three-day program in all of Connecticut and Fairfield County.

 Skills of an EKG Technician specializing in Patient Care Technician include:

– Setting up an EKG Machine and conducting stress tests

– Scheduling appointments as needed

– Identifying basic EKG rhythms

 EKG Technician Day Program:

– Course Length: 3 days (24 hours long)

– Days: Monday to Wednesday
